Ecumenic Assembly in Graz

PRESS RELEASE of 24/06/97

During the Ecumenic Assembly in Graz, Austria, from 23rd to 29th of June, was notified the Well-wishing Statement of MO.CO.VA. in english and dutch.

Participants included 700 delegates of the Christian Churches, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Urals, from the North Sea to the Mediterranean Sea: Catholics, Orthodoxes, Protestants, Anglicans.

With the participation of many believers and observers.

This is the MO.CO.VA.’s statement

“We, the progressive and reformist Catholics of MO.CO.VA. (Second Vatican Council Movement), sons of the conciliar theology of Communion and of the philosophy of Alterity by Lévinas, at the beginning of the III° Millennium, are interceding and working in order that the Christian Churches make the unity, given by God, shines in a officially way.”
