Fatima is now interpreted as an aim by Wojtyla to declare himself a martyr and to canonyze himself before the church and the world, careless of any praxis or measure. The attempt of Wojtyla to adapt Fatima to himself, to the point of falsifying the events, presuming a bishop to be injured, whereas in the vision he was killed.
Yet, the fatimic message is as clear as spring water. Strictly directed to the final and apocalyptic future of the church and of humanity. It reveals a world in which the shoah, as the symbol of absolute evil, becomes a romantic wreck.
Apart from the catholic emphasis, Fatima coincides literally and spiritually with the evangelic prophecy of the End, unresolvable moreover in a second, but in a process, of which the first signs can already be felt. The apocalyptic aspect of Fatima sensed by renowed mariologists had to be ( se vuole mantenere il testo “doveva essere”) / should have been (se da interpretare “avrebbe dovuto essere”) obliterated by the explanatory manoeuvres of Rome, intended only to a triumphant and triumphalistic church against the omens of a by now necrotic council.
Fatima’s ultimate and apical vision is greatly dominated by the Cross. Rough and made of cork. Definitely a non political symbol:”My reign is not of this world”. But fertile of a different church, weary of the dollar, alien to triumphalisms and diplomacy, leaglities and hypocracies, infinitely more layward and fraternal. According to the intention, related to the end of the world, that the Living crucifix, on the Verna, in an ecstasy of fire and blood, revealed to Francis, the most lucid and unlistened-to prophet by the catholic faith.
The fatimic arrows, certainly poisonous, reminiscent of sinister and furtive scrapings in the night, not of the Amazon Forest, but of the sacred chambers. For always obscuring a smile and a subversive message: God is mother.
