About the querelle-euthanasia, I remember the fun and ironic joke of the very Catholic Gustavo Bontadini, a theoretic and metaphysical race, my teacher at the Catholic University of Milan: “Catholics do not think, rather do little thoughts”.

But today it is the Roman leaders who make little thoughts on euthanasia and anything else, attested as they are on the morals of Nature rather than on the ethics of the Person. Unlike many thoughtful Catholics. In the long run the Palazzo itself, if it does not want to be overwhelmed by History, must open the portals to common sense and reason.

This is my lucid hope as a Catholic.
