Attempts of neo-metaphysics

Or of post-Heidegger metaphysics

 

  1. The Being, not the nothing, is the immediate and intrinsic object of human
  2. The Nothing is pure indetermination, pure potentiality.
  3. The being does not distinguish itself in necessary and contingent.
  4. The being is exclusively contingent. The necessary and subsistent being is mere ens rationis, a pure ideal entity.
  5. The contingent being has a symbolic nature. It sends back to the Non-Being.
  6. The Non-Being is not the nothing, because it is much present, much determinate, Infinitely self-, much personal.

 

 In conclusion

 The being is everything, but God

 Only Key of His’ and source

 

a) The intuition of the being (contingent) is intellectual, not mystic even if mystically feasible.

b) The Non-Being is not the immediate object of the intelligence as incarnated but as disincarnated and blessed.

 

To God

The common sense comes through the causality principle

The metaphysical sense through the contingency principle

That obscurely and strongly invokes the creation principle

 

The causality principle of common sense is too much generic and anthropomorphic.           The Abstraction articulated in 2 grades must intervene. The First Grade is the being considered as contingent. The Second Grade is the Non-Being.

 

In concrete

One comes to God

Either through things (common sense)

Or through their contingent character (metaphysical sense)

In the First case God is the cause

In the Second case God is the Non-Being

 

The Kantian Subject is a cameleer without camel (Object as thing). It is necessary to re-invest on the Object, on that object that penetrates the subject from outside, making it creative better con-creative. Without the priority of the Object on the subject faith is fideism, intelligence soliloquy, man solitude. The Kantian Revolution, though recognizing the undeniable merits, has something of the French Terror: it has decapitated the King (the Object).

 

The Marian dogmas must not separate us but must distinguish us from protestant brothers, with which we have Christ-centrism in common. The emphatic comprehension of catholic Mariology by the protestants will be the fruit of a friendly dialogue, mainly it will be the fruit of the Holy Spirit, more and more present in the modern final part of history.

 

The ethical Conscience is not infallible

Even if fallible

It must always be followed

Even when it forces us to the crime

In this case the crime is a, offence but not a sin.

 

About this point the prophet agrees, hardly, with Jacques Maritain’s axiom.

 

 

human nature is not corrupted  but “human”. Biblical Word names it “flesh” that is fragility, imbalance, lack of  “glory”. Its lancinating icon is the Slave of the Lord of Isaiah’s   poems.

 

 

He was tempted to beg  Satan to free him from God.

Our intelligence “suffers” things, it welcomes them, it elaborates them, it transfigures them, it does not undergo them. It does not create them, it re-creates them.

 

 

It is typical of the Contingent the essential right to not exist, that is exist without having the duty to exist.
