Vito Mancuso says great truths, but not the truth. You cannot throw the baby away with dirty water.

Haw can you depreciate and disdain apocalyptic eschatology against nightmare scenery, that most scientists predict as imminent for our earth? Against emergencies already in progress and irreversible?

Reducing Christianity to the truth (the true and the good), removing the Truth, the God made flesh, makes us sad before letting us down.

Hope is the engine of history and science.

Brain is dual. Mancuso cuts off the emotional and relational hemisphere.

Logos is also pathos.

Present is always versus future, like the Son is always versus the Father.

Future mobilizes and livens up time.

Rationalism is always morbidly attracted by Im-personal.

If God is not Tri-personal, He is not Personal. If He is not Personal, He is not God.

Jesus’ past is God. Jesus’ present is God. Jesus’ future is God.

Time is eternity unfolding, like matter is spirit unfolding.

God is Jesus’ mother.
